The Film

BullsEye is an independent, extremely low budget, feature length, film noir comedy with many other cinematic genres woven in for comedic effect. Filmed mainly in New York and New Jersey, BullsEye is proof that you can produce a high quality, feature length film with lots of talent, cooperation, and perseverance and very little cash.
BullsEye's unique look and feel was accomplished by utilizing the talents of many professionals both on the set and behind the scenes, from Make Up Artists to Sound Mixers. The animations were created with industry standard 3D animation software including 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
BullsEye is primarily an action spoof film. The cinematography is stylized in such a way as to be almost dreamlike at times, drawing heavily on chiaroscuro lighting as one of film noir's signature elements. The release date is set for 2011.

Synopsis:

It's the year 1935 and Private Detective Dick Polakowski has recently bankrupted Charlie's Casino, the city's headquarters of organized crime. Charlie Rodriguez and the Charlie Brothers ran every facet of the town including having the government officials on their payroll. Their word was law. Dick left the Charlie Brothers with nothing. With crime vanquished, Dick plans his retirement until he gets a phone call from Marcus Rodriguez, Charlie's #2. Dick's wife and daughter have been kidnapped. It's the money or his family's lives. Dick understands that paying the ransom will only enable crime to start again. How can he choose between his family and the city he loves?

The Plan:

'You want to make a high-quality, feature length film with classic cars and lots of CGI animations for how much?'
BullsEye was produced in its entirety for approximately $6000.
We produced over 100 CGI animations, 60 pages of dialog, hundreds of muzzle flashes and hundreds more eye opening shots, by utilizing the expertise of one extremely talented production and post production team.
With the classic style of a Film Noir detective story as a backdrop, BullsEye weaves in elements from a number of genres to produce a film that you can watch over and over again. Despite its almost non-existent budget, BullsEye competes well with big budget films with some of the finest comedic writing, acting, and directing you've ever seen.
Our goal is to distribute BullsEye in theaters nationally and internationally as well as to release it for distribution on DVD and Blu-Ray.
